A professional club DJ, wedding DJ and music video DJ.  A disc jockey with well over 20 years of experience! DJ One Tyme’s love for spinning began August 1992 in Jamaica Queens, NYC when he carried crates for his cousin DJ Big T. In 1993, he brought his love for turntablism back to Toledo, OH when he began his mix show career at a college radio station, WXUT 88.3FM at The University of Toledo. DJ One Tyme hosted a 2-hour weekly show called Da Bassment Hip-Hop Mixshow on the station, as well as a one hour Buckeye Cable Television music video show titled Da Bassment Hip-Hop Video Show.

In 2000 DJ One Tyme took an offer to become a mixshow DJ & daily radio personality at The Juice 107.3 FM. The Danger Room was born, and became a 17 year staple on the station in the evening position, specializing in new Hip-hop, R&B, and reggae.

DJ One Tyme has been a featured DJ on Sirius XM Satellite Radio on Eminem’s SHADE 45!

In 2008 DJ One Tyme hosted an online reality series and DVD called The TyMeLyNe Life Reality Show. The show followed him around the country as he performed at events and interviewed hip hop artists. In 2010 he was selected to be The Official DJ for the Ohio Hip Hop Awards. It was at this point he started the transition from clubs to corporate events & weddings. Since then the awards have been piling up every single year since!

Presently he travels every week doing special events with his video style of dj’ing. You can find him locally doing spot dates at Hollywood Casino Toledo and at Fat Fish Blue: Toledo Funny Bone Comedy Club, Area Office On Aging, Toledo Mud hens events and many other high end corporate sponsors and venues.

This Toledo DJ’s list of performance venues, accolades, and accomplishments are very long. All the while serving as a member of one of the most influential dj organizations in the world, The Core Djs, as well as Ohio based organization, The Nerve DJS. He has over 20 years of experience as a professional DJ. Also has been featured on tours for high profile hip hop artists K’naan, Lil Wayne, and Jadakiss.
